THANKFUL for a New Future Home!

2020 has been an eventful year to be a human, never mind a business owner. Even with all the challenges that 2020 has brought, I find myself thankful for the year we have had and the changes we faced.

My team has always been a priority and I am even more thankful for each one of them as they represent Salt Point. This year has been a struggle for many, and while it wasn't perfect or ideal, I am thankful to be an essential business and being able to keep my team employed. With my core crew of veterans and a handful of new team members, we were able to continue serving our clients with excellence and pursue the best client experience at every project.

We are excited for a major change coming to Salt Point; a new future home! We have closed on a property in Manlius and are excited to build our shop in the middle of the community we serve. We have been remodeling and working on houses in Caz, FM and JD for over a decade and are thrilled to have an easily accessible home-base for not only our team, but our clients as well. Keep an eye out as we build the new Salt Point office at the driving range off of route 92 in Manlius. We are excited to see it come together and will do our best to share the process with all of you!

We couldn't do what we do without our wonderful clients and this great community that entrusts us with their spaces and families as we remodel their homes. We are so thankful for innovative clients who bring unique opportunities that push our talents and creative abilities. From new additions to simple repairs, we are proud to be able to help our clients love their homes.

Finally, I am thankful for the promise of a new year. 2020 has been a hard year for everyone and I am looking forward to a new year and new opportunities with every project we get to be a part of.  I know that most of us struggle with being thankful for change, but change forces us to grow, adapt, and improve. It is not usually enjoyable while we are in the midst of change, but with some distance and time I can usually find myself grateful for the experience and lessons it has taught me.  Reflecting on gratitude is always a great way for me to remember all that I have, even during hard times. What is something you are grateful for this season?
