For more than 15 years, Salt Point Services has been focused on the home reconstruction market, flipping and renovating existing homes with the occasional new build. Now we’re excited to add new home building to our portfolio of services as we partner with Linda Crawford at Hunt Realty in the SOUTH MEADOW LOTS subdivision in Cazenovia.
While we love the character found in older home, building a new home is an opportunity to start something from the ground up! On top of that, we make our homes in Cazenovia, so it seems natural to expand the Salt Point Services building portfolio in our own backyard!
